Villa Bacopa is situated in Cherai, on the Vypin Peninsula. Cherai is a suburb of the city of Cochin, in the state of Kerala, India. The Villa is just about 25 km away from Cochin and 30 km away from Cochin International Airport.

The Beach Cherai is the longest beach in Cochin and is located towards the centre-north of the Vypin Peninsula. On the other side of the beach is only 150 meter broad peninsula the Backwaters are laying quietly and surrounded by coconut trees.
